 Our Sponsorship Support Application is an application that gives those who may be suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), as well as financial hardship, a chance to decrease the price of the Angel Pak in order to make it more affordable and easier to obtain.
 Our funding comes strictly from those who donate to our foundation and our donations are what we solely rely on to help those suffering. While we are very aware there are many people who need assistance, we can only offer a limited amount of discount/assistance based on the amount of donations/funding we have.
  Our funding will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and applications will be reviewed within 24-48 hours after submission. You will then be contacted by one of our staff to review further financial documentation and proof of status.
